Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Rabidi N.V. as operator of the Dollycasino services made available through dollybet-au.com (the "Website"), and set out the legally binding rules for opening and using a Player Account, placing wagers and accessing any products offered on the Website. These Terms are effective from 1 March 2026 and replace any previous version published on the Website.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • Operator: Rabidi N.V., a public limited company incorporated in Curaçao, holding gambling sub-license no. 8048/JAZ2020-001 issued under the Antillephone N.V. framework, which operates Dollycasino via dollybet-au.com. In relation to fiat payments, "Operator" also includes its payment agent Tilaros Limited (Cyprus).
  • Website: The domain dollybet-au.com and any subdomains or replacement domains that the Operator may lawfully designate from time to time for access to the same services.
  • Services: All gambling and related services offered on the Website, including online casino games, live casino, promotional offers, account facilities, and payment processing.
  • User or Player: Any natural person who registers or attempts to register a Player Account and/or uses the Services through the Website.
  • Player Account or Account: A personal account opened by a User with the Operator through the Website for the purpose of participating in the Services.
  • Bet or Wager: Any amount of real money funds and/or bonus funds staked by a Player on the outcome of a game or other event available on the Website.
  • Balance: The total amount of real money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held in a Player Account at any given time.

Account Registration

Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: You may create a Player Account only if you are at least 18 years old or older where a higher minimum age is required by the laws of your country of residence.
  • Legal Capacity and Local Law: By registering, you confirm that:
    • you have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements; and
    • you are not acting in breach of any law applicable to you, including laws regarding online gambling.
    Important for Australian residents: The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) restricts the provision of many online gambling services to persons in Australia. The Operator is not licensed in Australia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Services from within Australia or any other jurisdiction is lawful for you. If it is not lawful, you must not register or use the Services.
  • One Account Policy: You may hold only one Player Account with Dollycasino at dollybet-au.com. Duplicate accounts, including accounts opened using different names, email addresses, devices, IP addresses or payment methods, are prohibited and may be closed, with balances and bonuses handled in accordance with these Terms.

Registration Process

  • Information Required: To open an Account, you must complete the online registration form and provide accurate and complete information, including at minimum your full name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and a secure password. Additional details may be requested.
  • Email Verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address or mobile number (where applicable) by following instructions sent to you. Until verification is completed, access to some or all Services may be restricted, and deposits or withdrawals may be blocked.

Verification, KYC and AML

  • Identity Checks: In order to comply with Curaçao licensing obligations and evolving international AML standards, the Operator will conduct KYC checks. You may be required at any time (including before any withdrawal) to submit valid identification documents, such as:
    • government-issued photo ID (passport, driver licence, national ID);
    • proof of address (utility bill, bank statement);

    • where necessary, proof of source of funds or wealth.
  • Verification Timing: Verification may be carried out upon registration, upon reaching certain deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or when suspicious or unusual activity is detected. The Operator may suspend your Account and withhold deposits and/or winnings until verification has been completed to its satisfaction.
  • Failure to Provide Documents: If you fail to provide requested documents, provide false or misleading information, or if the Operator cannot verify your details, your Account may be suspended or closed and any real money balance and/or winnings may be handled in line with applicable AML rules and these Terms.

Account Security and User Obligations

  • Login Credentials: You are solely responsible for keeping your username, password and any other security credentials confidential and secure. You must not share your Account with any other person or allow any third party to use your Account.
  • Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and inform the Operator via the contact options provided on the Website. The Operator is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
  • Use of the Website: You agree:
    • to use the Services solely for personal entertainment and not for any commercial purpose;

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Rules for Placing Bets

  • Game Information: Each game available on the Website has its own Game Rules, paytables, RTP information and, where relevant, specific limits and features. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the game provider's rules in addition to these Terms.
